About Cooperteam Customer Support

Cooperteam's in-house Customer Support Team delivers assistance directly for all Cooperteam solutions. Our agents are available by e-mail, telephone and directly on-line via live chat & remote assistance. 

The support team is able to assist in all phases of testing and deployment of our solutions, should you have questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. The support team will deliver quick responses with the highest quality of service to help answer your questions and solve any issues.  

Contacting Cooperteam Support

By e-mail : If you need our assistance with a question or problem, please send us and email by clicking here and including the following information:

Your company name, your name and telephone number
The name and version of the solution or product
A clear description of the problem preferrably with a screenshot of the error

On-line : Our remote assistance enables us to connect ourselves directly on your environment securely and to diagnose the problems as soon as possible, as if we were sitting right next to you. You can connect to our On-line Assistance by clicking here.

By telephone : A dedicated support line is available to you from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and resuming service from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please call us at (617) 859-8900.

Additionally, you are also welcomed to contact our EMEA Support Team. European Support is available Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and resuming service from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm GMT+1.

This would be between the hours of 3:00 am until 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)(excluding the mid-day break) .

The EMEA Support Team is able to assist you in three languages; English, French and German.
